By booking a rental with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Requirements

Valid ID may be required at the time of rental

Renter must meet all local boating requirements
Damage Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the boat during the rental period.
Fuel Policy
A $150 fuel deposit is required for all rentals.
The renter is responsible for refueling the boat before returning it. Fuel costs will be deducted from the deposit if not refilled.
Late Returns
Boats must be returned on time.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Safety Rules

Operate the boat responsibly at all times

No reckless or unsafe behavior

Follow all local boating laws and guidelines
