Cancellation Policy

This Agreement is between A to Z Rentals, LLC (“Owner”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”). Renter agrees to operate the boat safely and follow all federal, state, and local boating laws. 2. Renter accepts all risks associated with boating and is responsible for all passengers and personal property. 3. Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the boat, motor, propeller, equipment, upholstery, electronics, or accessories during the rental period. 4. No operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted. 5. Only approved operators may drive the boat. 6. The boat must be returned on time and in substantially the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. 7. Fuel charges may apply if the boat is not returned with the required fuel level. 8. The boat must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received. Excessive dirt, trash, stains, spills, bodily fluids, food waste, or other abnormal messes may result in a cleaning fee charged to the card on file. 9. A to Z Rentals, LLC may terminate the rental without refund for unsafe or reckless operation. 10. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A to Z Rentals, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising from use of the boat. 11. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Authorization Renter authorizes A to Z Rentals, LLC to charge the card on file for damages, fuel charges, cleaning fees, missing equipment, late fees, or other authorized charges.
